Yes, it can. After the building is finished it still holds many litres of moisture.The drying time of the residential building is reduced to a fraction of the norm due to permanent air circulation. M-WRG ventilation units should be ordered from the factory with higher air volume stream settings for this purpose. Afterwards it is advisable to set the air volume stream back to the recommended or desired value.
