Can local VA clinics/hospitals be included in CTG work plans?
Yes, to the extent VA clinics/hospitals have a role in the proposed Capacity Building Plan or Community Transformation Implementation Plan it would be appropriate to clearly describe their role in the application. The Community Transformation Grant FOA calls for one full-time evaluator. If our organizational policy defines full-time as .75 or higher will this meet the RFA 1.0 FTE requirement? Also, are we able to hire a contractor and expend a percentage of the total award on evaluation, such as 10% of the total award for evaluation such as the requirements used for the REACH US application? 1.0 FTE equals 100%.
