Yes. Individual developers can run this version on multiprocessor workstations as long as those systems are not being used in production. The “single-CPU” distinction is simply to help differentiate between “development” and “production” environments, as many production-based workstations have multiple CPUs. Alternatively, you can download the LiveCycle Data Services ES trial, which can be used to develop on multiple CPUs.
