Can LINMO-compatible sites be considered pure content?
It is difficult to know exactly what pure content means because some extent of formatting is always necessary to make content usable. LINMO-compatible web sites feature the use of only as much formatting as is necessary to maximize usability (e.g., headings, paragraphs, margins and hyperlinks) and make no attempts at superfluous decoration, and thus they could be considered to be very close to pure content.
