Can lightning cause automobile electrical problems?
If lightning did strike it probably zapped through the radio antenna or rack that those electrons found so attractive, thus your radio and instrument circuit got zapped, but if you’re lucky the fuse protected the circuit. I’m guessing they are on the same circuit. Best if only a fuse blew or a single fried component blows the fuse upon starting. Worst is if it fried the instrument harness or the ECM. Look for melted wires that are shorting and blowing fuses, hopefully you only have to wire around bad spots on 1 or 2, but realize it may be more wide spread and can can cause problems later- after you’ve forgotten this incident. See what you can find with a little minor investigative probing and a strong flashlight under the dash to assess the damage. It may be less work to order the harnesses you need and just replace them if damage is widespread. Take pics if you can and make lots of notes using the fuse panel and wire colors from marked circuits to help decipher which circuit is involv
