No. To be reviewed as part of the application the letters of support must accompany the application. • If the budget includes a line item for subcontract work, including salary, must the proposal contain a subcontract budget with line items for Salary, Fringe and Indirect costs? The budget does not need to go into this much detail because often the grantee has not chosen the contractor prior to award of the grant. • We intend to propose conducting training through several non-profit agencies.
