Yes. If your recommenders wish to send their letters before we contact them, they may do so either by email or by surface mail. Emails should be sent to HSF@TheIHS.org For surface mail, the envelope should be signed across the seal and sent to: Institute for Humane Studies Attn: Humane Studies Fellowships 3301 N.
