Can letters of recommendation be sent by e-mail?
Copies of letters of recommendation may be sent to the Membership Manager by e-mail, and applicants should encourage their recommenders to do so if a deadline is fast approaching. However, the applicant’s approval will be contingent on official signed copies of these recommendations arriving at ESA Headquarters before the Board makes its decision.
