Can less mobile and disabled guests travel?

0

Guests who are not fully mobile, eg in wheelchairs(whether permanently or periodically), or have other disabilities are welcome on board our ships. Disabled guests must state their disability and special needs at the time of booking and must book by calling our reservations department, after which you will be asked to complete a medical form. However, we do reserve the right to refuse passage to any guests, if in our judgement, their physical or mental condition or behaviour renders them unfit for travel or a risk or danger to themselves or to anyone else on board the ship, or where certain disclosures are not made. Wheelchair guests may find their enjoyment of the voyage somewhat curtailed by the lack of wheelchair access to some areas of the ship. Wheelchair guests and guests with other physical disabilities may also be restricted from going ashore at ports where launches are necessary – these ports are shown with an ‘A’ on the itinerary.
