Hi, According to this link: http://atmac.org/2007/11/13/redux-voiceover-in-languages-other-than-english/ VoiceOver is localized in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, and Chinese. Mac OS X ships only with English voices, but other language voices can be purchased separately. It isn’t very clear on where you buy additional languages though. Perhaps you can try contacting Apple.
