Legal Genie™ Legal will allow you to e-file many Small Claims forms to initiate a Small Claims case, or respond to a Small Claims suit in courts in Orange County only. You will need a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) to submit an e-filing, unless you are eligible for a Fee Waiver. You may e-file your Fee Waiver request with your Small Claims forms.
