Yes, the CDE provides a file upload option for LEAs that desire to do so. Your upload file must be in the specified format for CBEDS-ORA in order for data to be uploaded. For your convenience, the 2010 CBEDS-ORA File Layout [http://staging.cde.ca.gov/ds/dc/cb/documents/oralayout10.doc] (DOC; 913KB; 33pp.) is also available online and through the CBEDS-ORA.
