Yes, the CDE provides a file upload option for LEAs that desire to do so. Your upload file must be in the specified format for CBEDS-OPUS in order for data to be uploaded. For your convenience, the 2009 CBEDS-OPUS File Layout (DOC; 612KB; 27pp.) [http://www.cde.ca.gov/ds/sd/cb/documents/opuslayout09.doc] is also available online and through the CBEDS-OPUS application.
