I actually painted my laminated kitchen cabinets so I know how it’s done. I asked my local paint store how to do it. First you prime the laminate, then you paint it with the kind of paint that you’d use on a basement floor or garage floor. That is the only paint that will work on laminate. It comes in several nice colors too.
