Can Lakeside Builders handle all aspects of building my home?
Because a large number of our customers are not living in the area while their home is being built, we are often asked if we handle all aspects of the project. We have worked with the same excavating subcontractors for site work and septic systems for 16 years. This is also true of our well drilling subcontractors. We do not offer in house financing, however we have worked with most local banks helping our customers obtain construction financing for both our frame home projects and log home projects.
