Can Klingon ships mutiny if they are destroyed?

You can of course use them to tractor enemy ships but you can also use them to stop incoming drones, death drag enemy shuttles, prevent enemies from launching wild weasels, and much more. In SFB if you do not use your tractors then you are losing a major tactical benefit in my opinion.
