Can Kingsoft AntiVirus 9 monitor any uploading and downloading behaviors (I usually upload and download files by SERV-U and IIS at the background)?
Yes, it can. However, if you wish to make sure that Kingsoft AntiVirus 9 is monitoring those two applications, please check whether SERV-U and IIS are listed in the Application Lists under the Application tab in the main window of Kingsoft Personal Firewall. Generally speaking, they will be included there. If not, please add them manually and change their rules for accessing the Internet.
