Can kids request a specific counsellor when they call or post online?
Because our services are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, we cannot guarantee that a young person will be able to speak with the same counsellor each time they call or ask a question online. Young people can request a male or female counsellor if they are more comfortable talking to someone of the same or opposite gender.
