Studies show that children learn as much –or more– when they’re linked with kids of different ages. Think of Traveling Crews as families in which kids naturally learn with and from one another. Social skills improve, self-esteem rises, and cooperation increases, and discipline problems vanish. The Younger children like someone they can look up to, and ask questions to. The Older Children love it when there asked how something works, or why this or that happened… like in a bible story. They love to feel the responsibility, since they are “growing up”. This format works!
