Now the creative genius is seeking to reinvent the survival-horror genre with his current project, The Lost. First announced at E3 in May this year, the title is currently in development for PlayStation2. Through PlayStation2’s technological power, developer Irrational Games is promising a harder edged feel to The Lost than other examples of the genre. The Dante-inspired title challenges players to travel the nine circles of hell, combating diabolical agents of Beelzebub.
