Can Kane or Nakano play a Signature card that they are “borrowing” or “duplicating”?

A20.1 Signature cards can only be played by the Persona named on the card. Kane is playing the card, even though it is coming from the top of his opponent’s Endurance; so Kane cannot. Nakano, however, by forgoing his Special Card for his turn, is simply duplicating it’s effects and is not considered to be playing the card; so Nakano can.
