Can Jumping Beans® get through firewalls in a secure way?
Yes. A gateway is available to facilitate communications between different Management and Security Consoles. For clients which are behind a firewall, the client can be configured to use polling, so that the connections always originate from the client, and so are allowed through the firewall. At this time, there is no gateway to facilitate communication between the clients and the Management and Security Console.
