Yes. In addition to maintaining server side state using cookies. From 5.1 on, JBlitz can transfer ASP and JSP session IDs returned as path parameters within URLs. To do this, you’ll need to configure the navigation settings for the web page and specify a ‘Name-value transfer’ navigation mode. Further information is provided in the help.
