Can iWise manage assets for their full life cycle?
Yes. To manage the complete lifecycle of configuration items (CIs) from initial request, to purchase, deployment, and final retirement, iWise Request, Change, and Financial Management (asset, invoice, purchase order, budget, and financial conflict) applications are used. After deploying an asset, iWise Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management manage the day-to-day activities and issues associated with each defined CI and automatically track life cycle changes.
