Can ITES companies share bandwidth?
As of Oct 22, 2002 the Govt of India has decided that ITES can use the bandwidth on a time-sharing mode. It would not be treated as resale of bandwidth, which was banned in India. The move will allow firms to use the same facility and bandwidth to service Indian and international clients, which is not permitted under the present norms.
