Can items be sent to a different or an unconfirmed address?
For Paypal User, according to the Seller Protection Policy, we only accept confirmed address listed in the address section of the payment to verify buyer’s identity; we do not accept other address from e-mail correspondence or from the comment section in the payment. If you would like to change your confirmed address, or if your address is listed as “Unconfirmed” in your Paypal payment, please contact your credit card company for address change.
