Can it rain during freezing temperatures?

yea, its not that common, but yea, all precipitation comes down as snow/ ice, melts (as rain) and depending on the weather, it either stays that way or freezes again, so either way, its was rain somewhere on the way down

Yes its called freezing rain. It happens when warm moist air is suspended over freezing air. In the warm layer, rain begins to fall and doesnt have a chance to freeze before hitting the ground.

No, the rain freezes and turns to snow when it’s below 32 degrees outside. It cannot rain below 32 degrees.

Yes, everyone is saying it’s snow, but where I live, it can get down to 20 degrees and it still be rain, not snow.
