Yes it can be used with our bikeracks or customized adapters are available to accommodate other 2″tubestyle units. One of our options allows for the towball to be used simultaneously with the bikerack. (Careful weight management is needed as most vehicles have a downward ball weight limitation of only 100-250Lbs, which can easily be exceeded with the weight of both bicycles and trailers on the towhitch.
