Simply providing homework to a student is not enough to claim attendance on your ADM report. These students must be attending school under the instruction of a teacher to be claimed or if a student is gone from school and is receiving one-on-one instruction with a teacher, this time can be claimed using ADM program type code 10 – tutorial.
