Can it all be connected to that herniated neck disc?
Answer Ronn, A herniated disc is usually a sign of muscular contractions, which compress the disc. The least invasive and most-likely-to-be effective approach is to recover the ability to relax those muscles. A herniated disc is often accompanied by nerve entrapment, which can lead to numbness, so there may be a relationship to your face-numbness. The numbness in your leg seems more likely related to a trapped nerve further along your spine. Please see somatics.com for an explanation of the muscular training process.
