Can IPM manage claims?
Yes, IPM contains an add-on module, which allows for the registration of all claims, and information pertaining to the claim. This is then in turn linked to a customer and/or insurance policy which exist within the system. This gives the broker a full overview over claim history, which can be held up against a customer’s policy records. Once again it is the broker that specifies what type information is needed.
