Can InvAn be used for a long-term prediction?
Basically, yes. The biggest component (by default settings) of InvAn Composite rating is Fundamental rating, which usually changes not so fast – with updating analysts’ recommendation, ratios, external ratings, and quarterly income report. Also since InvAn Fundamental rating uses two-year period of the past company performance, it can be projected into the future, i.e., Fundamental rating may be used separately for a long-term forecast. However, past investment performance does not guarantee future returns. So that confirmation of investment expectation by last financial reports, news, and macroeconomic trends is very important for a long-term perspective.
