Can Intrepid handle a seasonal rush of orders?
Yes, we do several times a year. Colorado State University is located here in Fort Collins and affords us a large pool of young, energetic workers that can be brought in quickly. And a word about the workers we get. Being an agricultural school, CSU has many students from the Plains and Mid-West that still maintain a work ethic that is head and shoulders above young adults found in other parts of our country. What is the difference between “Pick and Pack” and “Complete Order Processing?” Briefly, “Pick and Pack’ is when you or your web site receive the order and process the invoicing before transmitting the details to our warehouse. “Complete Order Processing” is when we receive the order (from you or directly from your web site, or via the mails, telephone, or faxes. We then enter your order into our order processing software, generate invoices and packing slips, and then send your order to our warehouse for the picking and packing and shipping.
