Can intramural NCI or NIH investigators collaborate?
Yes they can. NCI or NIH intramural investigators may collaborate as unfunded investigators on the STRAP project. NCI intramural investigators, under certain circumstances, may be funded collaborators but require review and agreement from their Division Director to request funding under the STRAP. Regardless of funded or unfunded status – the STRAP submission must be submitted by an Extramural Principal Investigator.
