Can Intersolar help me obtain a visa to enter the U.S. for the event?
Yes. Intersolar writes invitation letters on behalf of show visitors to explain the reason for the visit. There are two ways to obtain this letter. You have the opportunity to request the letter directly during visitor registration (available in February) or you can fill out the online form under: Travel Services The Visa Application Form must be completed for each attending member of your delegation. The letter(s) will then be sent to you as a PDF for you to include with your visa application package.
