YES. International students with valid study permits can obtain employment, However, before they do this they must apply for a Social Insurance Number (SIN) through a Service Canada Centre (http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca). In addition to the application for a SIN, students will require a letter from us confirming information required by Service Canada. Contact the graduate program to request this information.
