Can international students come to LAVC to learn English?

No. LAVC does not offer English training. International students applying to LAVC are required to be English proficient. English proficiency is defined as 500 paper base TOEFL or 175 on the computerized TOEFL. Students from English speaking countries are not required to take the TOEFL, however, they are required to show transcripts with grades in English.
