Yes. Additional date formats were added in v2.2, covering more than the English/US format. Received message “NotePadCheck-10” at startup This issue was resolved in v2.2, with the introduction of international (non-English/US) date formats. Why is my “Folders” folder red? This indicates that something has been stored in the root folder, e.g. a note, rather than a “proper” folder. Store items in regular folders and this indicator should disappear.
