Can internal alternative learning academies, which are not stand-alone schools, apply?
Not if the school in which they are embedded has a school library. If the school does not have a library, they may be eligible to apply if they themselves have a facility and operation that meets the definition of a library and have a person whose function meets the definition of a librarian found elsewhere in this information packet.
