One of the problems is that some people are determined not to pay and will use every tick in the book and it is difficult to get around it. One idea is to put a charging order on the property he owns but if he has a mortgage on it they will have to be settles first before you get your money. A charging order on his bank account is good but if he is in overdraft on the day you serve the order it’s a no go. You need to look at the exact terms of the Order before you do anything. He may well be within his rights to pay nothing although I think it is unlikely.
