Can INFFER assess projects of different scales?
An example could be where one project deals with a single localised wetland, and another deals with a group of wetlands across the region. However, the reality is that a very small scale project and a very large scale project have some intrinsic differences. The main one is that it is more difficult to give precise answers to the questions of the Project Assessment Form for a very large-scale project. There is likely to be heterogeneity within the area covered by a large-scale project, but in a number of cases INFFER asks you to provide a single value for the overall asset (e.g. technical feasibility or adoption).
