Not exactly sure what this question is asking… If the question is actually asking can the individual schools train their users on the Cognos tool that will depend on what license you are using. Individual Schools would easily train their users on the PowerPlay Web Consumer and ReportNet Web Consumer licenses. However, the ReportNet Business Author and Professional Author licenses would need formal training like we currently have with Brio.
