Can individual developers sell applications through SHOP4APPS, or do I need to use a company name?
Yes, any type of developer, whether a large or small company, an individual developer, student or hobbyist, can submit their Android application to SHOP4APPS. During the app submission process you will need to provide a company name, but you can simply use your personal name if you do not have a company. Your submitted apps will be associated with this company, and you can also give co-workers the ability to monitor the status of your submitted apps. You will also need to be able to legally consent to the Developer Software Distribution Agreement and meet the app submission requirements.
