Can IncrediBuild slow down other users machines in my organization as a result of the distributed compilation process?
IncrediBuild Agents automatically adjust their behavior according to the activity level in the machine they are installed on. By default, Agents run compilations with a process priority that’s lower than that of other processes in the system. This makes the operating system allocate less CPU resources to IncrediBuild than to user and operating system processes. So, a computer that is unused will be running IncrediBuild at full pace, while on a more active computer the Agent will maintain its activity at a lower level. Normally, users do not even feel the presence of an IncrediBuild Agent on their machine.
