A. If it does not create a conflict of interest. In-kind contributions must be for tasks that could have been hired out and is contained within the scope of work. If the applicant is reasonably qualified to complete the task, it may be considered an eligible contribution. As this is a very grey area, we would like to work with each applicant on a case-by-case basis – if applicable.
