Can implantation bleeding, swollen breasts, and dizziness start only 8 dpo?

I had a brown discharge 4 dpo and stopped after one day. I have swollen breasts but they are not sore yet. The dizziness just started this morning when I woke up. My boyfriend had to carry me to the bathroom so I wouldn’t fall. Please help with your advice.
