A. No. Currently, all image analysis software use unique, proprietary formats for saving data. Q. Flexibility in Spot Finding A. Local Flexibility defines the radius, measured in pixels, that ImaGene is allowed to search for spots. The origin for the search is the initial spot location as determined by grid placement. Usually, a value of 3 – 5 pixels is the typical setting. Global Flexibility is an indication of the extent to which ImaGene should deform the grid to match a given set of spots. Most users should set sliding bar to the middle.
