iDo Script Scheduler cannot wake a sleeping Mac in order to run a script. The only way to wake a sleeping Mac is by pressing a key on the keyboard. When your Mac is put to sleep using the System’s Sleep command, or automatically through the Energy Saver Control Panel, no applications are running.
