Metrics ICS will run concurrently with other data acquisition products. ICS can act as a measurement engine, providing access to measurements from predefined ICS setups. Other software products can send DDE commands to Metrics ICS to load a file, perform measurements, and return data. This makes it convenient to integrate ICS into a larger software data acquisition system without having to write all of the instrument specific control.
