Can IBM change my CFReport (_.cfr file) if it needs corrections?
No. In order to ensure that the change is what you need, a new CFReport (_.cfr file) must be submitted. If you have been working with an order analyst, you can send it to that analyst in an email. As an alternative, you could submit the new _.cfr file attached to a new Order Completion Form if you are using the Dual Submit process. If you are using the Single Submit process, you will also need to generate a new _.cfr file and email it to your BPSO/CSO contact who will forward it to a plant order analyst.
